How we match quotes and build corridor pages

1. Quote matching (what happens when you submit the form)

1. You enter from/to postcodes, move date, property size and contact details.
2. We send that enquiry to our partner integration so matching removalists can respond.
3. You may receive up to five quotes. You compare and contract the mover directly — we are not the removalist.
4. We do not auction your lead to the highest bidder on the page, and payment from partners does not change the order of content on corridor guides.

2. Route facts on capital corridors

Capital-city corridor pages join a structured route table maintained in our build data: road-approximate distance (km) and typical transit day ranges for dedicated road moves. Those numbers are planning defaults, not a guarantee for your inventory or access.

When a page mentions WA or TAS, we surface biosecurity notes from our quarantine dataset (public state rules summarised for movers) — always verify current declarations with your chosen removalist and the relevant state authority.

3. Cost bands

AUD cost tables on guides and upgraded corridors are indicative planning ranges compiled from industry norms (volume / dedicated vs flexible loads), refreshed when we rebuild the site. They are not quotes, averages of live partner bids, or endorsements of any company.

4. Location pages

Suburb pages use Australian location metadata (name, LGA, postcode, region) plus an editorial FULL/STUB classification so thin suburbs stay lightweight locators while demand suburbs get deeper guides. Sibling and region links are generated from the same location silo — not hand-picked ads.

5. What we do not claim

• We are not a removal company and do not drive trucks or hold your goods.
• AFRA mentions describe industry accreditation signals where relevant — membership is not a rating we assign.
• We do not publish AggregateRating stars or invent review counts.
• Cost and transit figures are not personalised to your move until a partner quotes you.
